Firecracker Burgers   Nutritional Info
These burgers pack a great punch.  Lean ground beef, mixed with red onion, white, black and cayenne ground pepper, topped with red and green pepper slices and American cheese. The most requested meal by my teenagers.
Blues Burgers   
Nutritional Info
You won't be singing the blues with this burger.  If you like blue cheese, this is a great twist on a cheese burger.  Succulent ground beef seasoned with garlic and cayenne pepper kick up the flavor of the burger but are gently mellowed with blue cheese melted in the middle.

Skinny Burgers with Sweet-and-Sour Ketchup Nutritional Info
Ground sirloin, pork and turkey make the mouthwatering combo for these burgers.  We mix in Panko crumbs onion, milk, egg and a dash of Worcestershire to flavor them perfectly.  Serve the sweet-and-sour ketchup on top or on the side.  Comes complete with 6 of our fantastic Italian buns.

Smokin' Succulent Grilled Pork Chops  Nutritional Info
Thick cut pork loin chops, grilled while brushed with a mixture of mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and chipotle chili powder. So juicy and succulent, you'll even impress yourself.

Honey BBQ Ribs Nutritional Info
Get your napkins ready for these "finger licking" good ribs.  A combination of honey barbeque sauce, onion, chili powder and savory spices make these ribs a family favorite.

Bourbon Molasses Bistro Beef

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches

Marinated, grilled chicken topped with grilled pineapple rings and sliced provolone cheese.  Place them on a bun with just a touch of Thousand Island Dressing.

Tequila Lime Chicken
Our newest staff member can be thanked for our newest entree.  Jessica has wowed crowds with this chicken dish and now you will too.  Boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in tequila, lime and spices, grilled, then topped with a slice of Monterey-Jack cheese to melt it into mouthwatering perfection.
